I was so tired today. I really slog to focus on the definition. First of all, Walkout is very bad for our situation and this programme. I was very curious about curriculum. I would like to see the lessons plans for mathematics as every grade. If we talked with teachers about their methods and problem, I would be really helpful. I am really upset to miss this opportunity. Because I don't know if i can visit here again. We lost time as going school. It was empty. And I didn't get what manager told. We don't need to talk about his problems and his feelings. I think he couldn't explain the problems in education in Denmark. For this reason definition was difficult for me. My creativity potential goes down every day. And every day, I realize our problems in education are very different. We usually discuss how we can teach better, what we can do to motivate students, What kind of material we can use... We Haven't talked about this things. I wonder the opinions about them. Lilian was so indulgent to us. She progressed us to definite problems in a professional way.

It was a really beautiful day. We saw really nice places. I haven't seen a opera building before today. I like everybody in IP. We had really nice time. Dinner was good. I am so happy to eat delicious foods. I am so tired and a little bit sun burn. I am ready to start a new week :)

Today was the most amazing
day since we started the programme. Just one word is enough to describe it :
WOOOOOOOOOOW!
Every step was so clear.

Solution
Working with a partner to
learn steps is a really good idea. First we learned to use this method. All
working was so planful. Timing is so perfect. We had enough time to discuss
about problems. Music was a great idea for motivation and It keep you awake.
Building new materials are very enjoyable. I was filled with admiration of
group dynamic. Afternoon, We worked about social problems in Netherland. They
showed a photo to us. Same national students stand very close in the ptoho. It
is like divided groups in the same classroom. We followed the same steps to
find a solution for that situation. So everything progressed easily. We got
warm the define mode in the morning. Afternoon, definition ran on fast.

I really like to work with my
group. They are so helpful and friendly. They support me to be brave about
speaking english. Definiton is really easy with them. Although we all are from
different cultures, we usually meet in a common point.
This is our idea: Buddy I’s
It is a buddy
programme. There are 2 students. One of them has already been a student in the
school (Ex: Dutch). Another is a new student from a different country ( Ex:
Turkish). If both of them are volunter, they can be buddies. Dutch student can
show around to Turkish student. He can tell about their daily habits.
And after a few
days they can wear their sunglasses. After they wear these sunglasses, They switch
their lifes for a day or more whatever they need it.
For example Dutch
student will listen to Turkish music, eat Turkish meal, watch Turkish a movie…
Also Turkish student will live like a Dutch.
Maybe we could
use The Six Hat method,too. It is a nice way to learn real ideas about
immigrants.
I liked the most
:
1- Every step was
so clear and every step was ended up with good definitions.
2- we found a few
solutions at the ending of the day.
3- Using timing
Schedule ( also rings)
4- Every step was
so organized.
I think this is
very empatic method. And you can fit it for every age student.
Today we really
did innovative works. A window is opened in my mind to be innovative. I really
want to use the define mode in my teaching life. It is really helpful to focuss
on problems. I feel so tired but I am glad to feel tired after all these works.
It was a really innovative day for me.

PROBLEM BASED LEARNING
We worked on real life problems today. That
was fine. When I study about real problems, I can focuss better. But I get
bored to talk about bullying. We have talked bullying for 3 days. I can’t
produce any new ideas to find solution for bullying anymore. I am stuck.
My opinion
We have a peer mediation
programme in Turkey. I think it is the best solution to stop bullying. It is a
programme to educate peacemakers for school peaceful.
Goals of Peer Mediation Programme ;
- training
students in conflict resolution.
- reducing
the number of disruptive behavioral incidents.
- transforming
the individual student.
- improving
the qualitative climate of the community by skill-training youth and staff.
There is a leader bully in the
classroom. Also there can be a leader peacemaker to manage peace of classroom.
Peacemaker can make contact with both sides ( victim and bully). Talking with a peer is
more comfortable than talking with a teacher. They have the same way of
thinking. There are lots of reasons under bullying. Peacemaker and teacher
should observe these problems and they can step in before it is too late.
Peacemakers are choosen between
volunteer students at the school. There are 12 peacemakers for every school. Operating under universities for Peacemaking, Peace
Works is a research-based program that builds upon the university’s strengths
in the area of positive youth development, particularly in the reduction of
youth violence, and the transformation of students’ interpersonal and group
behaviors. As young people learn peer mediation and peacemaking
skills, they are progressively transformed. Students identify themselves with
the peacemaking community and as individually they internalize the values and
practices of University Peace Works. Universities is seeking to extend
the success of this program to other schools and community organizations in
Turkey.
I also believe, Parents should
be educated to deal bullying. School and family should keep in touch. Bullying
is not only a school problem. Teachers can not follow students all day. If
parents don’t support to the school, no solution is going to work.
Negative sides
We wrote our questions about
problems. We found keywords. But Did we find a solution? That part is not clear
for me. As far as I observe, we don’t have a solution although we always talk
about problems. We are going to prevent our solutions next week. But We haven’t
discussed about another topics. We don’t have a solution for bullying
either.
I don’t like to study with
only one method all day. I felt so tired afternoon. Because we moved on the
same method, and the same topic. I have already known these methods. But it was
nice to practise them again.
I would like to learn some different creativity,
innovative and entrepreneurial methods.
On the other hand, I like the
way of discussing with groups. Every each of us are from different countries so
that we see another perspectives.
The presentation was very nice.
The ingredient of presentation was so helpful to get knowledge about Hungary.
Also timing was so good,too. It became a nice end.

First, we saw something is creativity for
the future. I look forward to see 3D- printers at the school. I think It was a
good start for presentation.
I
didn’t like to sit on the floor because of hygiene. On the other hand I liked
the activity with animals. I think students can use this method to express
their thoughts about their friends. Children usually don’t tell their ideas
about their friends. For example; there can be someone is bully in the class.
Children can express that bully child by way of animals. They can match their
friends with animals. So We can learn their opinions about another children.
Also we can learn how they see themselves. ( shy, fearless, strong, alone,
ugly, impulse, aggressive… )
All this stuff can be used in primary school but
is not applicable for secondary school.
We
searched something is creative in the garden. Thinking pratical is very
difficult such a short time. But we usually wait from children to be creative
in the lessons. I think after we do our arrangements in teaching system, we
must give time for creativity.
It was strange to see some common aspects because they are
difference for our schools. For example;
too hard exams aren’t common for us. It is up to teacher. Some teachers can ask
really difficult, some of them can ask very easy.
I liked to use different methods to create
new ideas. We had more opportunity to discuss about education. It is really
difficult to find something is new. When I think some is new, I feel like
running in a same circle. I feel so cureless. We had really strong brain storm
today. Maybe that reason I have a headache now J
I have already known the six
hat. We have really good theoretic education in Turkey. We learn lots of
knowledge. Some of students didn’t know that method. It was strange form me
because this is one of the most populars. On the contray They have more
practical knowledge to manage students. I think if we share our learnings, we
can have very nice fund of knowledge.
I liked the presentation, time planning and
methods. But we always talk creativity for primary school. All methods are
applicable fort hem. I really want to see what we can do for secondary school
and highschool.

Drama Experience
Today is a very extraordinary day for me. I have never been activity with my teachers before. First I wet so tired and I thought to sleep on the table. Then I had more fun. Working bully was a really good idea. I am not a bully person so acting like that is very difficult for me. When I was a bully in my group, I always thought, why children bully their friends. They usually prefer unconfident children as target. I think bully children are unonfident,too. They have troubles in their familly. They reflect their misrableness to another children. They try to be fearful at school, because they are not strong in their familly life. Bullying doesn't make you special, only you feel powerful for a few minutes. when I became a supporter for victim, I couldn't defend him so much. Because If I did that, He couldn't learn self-defended. when I was a victim, I didn't let them to bully me. I am a self- confident person. It was very good activity. Bullying is going to be a bigger problem day by day. I think teachers must teach to be impulse to their students. Interfering the bully isn't a solution. That is only a instant interference.
I also liked our another activities. Creating a new song is really difficult. I don't sing not nor listen music so much. It was really difficult for me. But I had fun. I liked the way of thinking for this method. All groups were so creativity about bullying. I am planning to use these activities in my future life. We have more theoretic education in Turkey. I don't have so many practise experiences. Everyday I learn new things and huge differences about our education systems. I am so happy to be a part of this programme.

There is two
kind of creativity. One of them depend on personality and creative ability.
- - P
– creativity : It can change from person to person and it depends on situation.
- - Age
creativity: Come creativeness can change the wold. For example Edison invented
the ampule. This is a very important creavitiy for his age. His inventation has
still affected the world.
- -Group
creativity : It isn’t easy. There are people who have different intelligence
and knowledge levels in the group. When we choose people who are going to work
with us, we must be careful. Lidership isn’t good for creativity. Beside of
knowledge you must be careful about
personality.
Another one is creativity with factors. There is some
factors of creativity.Taking risk is the one is affected met the most. You have
to take risk to create new ideas. After you take risk and examine your information,
you can be sensible and flexible.
I have a new
perspective. There are some factors to support creativeness. This presentation
processed me to think. Factors can change for every situation. Teacher must be
a very good observer. I am going to use these new methods in my future teaching
life.
There are
common problems about education systems and creativity. There is no time for
creativity activities. Canada’ s education system attracted attention about
creativity and new methods in education. There are art classes in Netherland.
Their teachers are more as a guide. They process students to use new methods.
Denmark is innovation about creativity. They don’t have enough time to be
creator in Hungary. Their education system is heavy and intensive like Turkey.
Making projects are important for all countries. I think All education methods
need to organize again.
Education can improve your creativity level, but it isn't the main reason of being creativity.
